Jesus did not chastise Jairus for coming to him so late. He had sympathy for the father and cared for his daughter. On the way to Jairus’ home, his daughter died, but with His words, Jesus brought her back to life.
Would the daughter have been healed if Jairus didn’t ask Jesus? I doubt she would have. We need to ask Jesus for help, anytime, even if we should have asked Him first and we didn’t. Let’s tell our children that Jesus is always willing, no matter when we think to ask, He is waiting for permission to work in our lives.

- Slide second face through slot and back out to show the little girl alive again.
