Terms and Conditions
TLDR: So long as you use the resources created by A Sketch of Faith as intended, as outlined by your membership, there will not be any issues! Remember, the crafts and resources are for you to use and enjoy – not sell and replicate as though they are your own.
These Terms govern your access to and use of A Sketch Of Faith. Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, and procedures that may be published from time to time by us. You agree that we may automatically upgrade our Services, and the Agreement will apply to any upgrades. Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to become bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
1. Your Account
By creating an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account and keep the information current. Your account information must remain accurate in the event of inquiries or complaints. You are required to keep your account information up-to-date.
When signing up, you will automatically be added to groups within our mailing system. You will receive occasional emails from us unless you opt out – you can opt-out on your Account Page.
2. Financials
By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the fees and for the full term of the subscription.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not issue refunds. (Before you purchase you are able to see every resource available in the ALL CRAFT page. The memberships are for 6 months or 12 months, for unlimited access to the contents. If you upgrade from the Classic or Home Membership to the Group Membership, we will refund you the days remaining on your Classic or Individual Membership once you have purchased a Group Membership.
You also acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews at the end of each annual cycle. You may cancel this at any time and you will have access to your membership until the end of your annual cycle.
If your payment method fails, your membership will be cancelled.
Our listed fees may change at any time. You will be able to maintain your membership until the end of your billing period for the remainder of the subscription for the price you purchased it. You will not be automatically charged a new fee.
3. Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from A Sketch of Faith to you any intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with A Sketch of Faith. Any trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of A Sketch of Faith. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our Services may be the trademarks of other third parties.
Misuse of materials from A Sketch of Faith may mean immediate termination of an account. In some cases, legal action may follow. Examples of misuse include; printing graphics on t-shirts, books, posters without permission. Or sharing resources as though they are your own IP for profit or not for profit. Branding may not be removed from the resources that are downloaded.
4. Changes
We are constantly updating our Services and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our Services are offered. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by sending you an email. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective. Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms. However, any dispute that arose before the changes shall be governed by the Terms (including the binding individual arbitration clause) that were in place when the dispute arose.
5. Definition of Group
In relation to the Group Membership, the following defines what a group is. A Group membership is for a single group entity, for example:
- A congregation, not a denomination.
- A single school, not a network of schools.
- A single homeschool group, not a wider organisation.
6. Miscellaneous
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between A Sketch of Faith and you concerning the subject matter hereof. If any part of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of the Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under the Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; A Sketch of Faith may assign its rights under the Agreement without condition. The Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
